Ok all what at home attributes training do you do. For instance to build power do you hit a punching bag for say 10 minutes. Or for power does anyone do say 100 push ups. do you front kick a punching bag 50 times. Any suggestions please give them to me

Weight lifting,
suplex dummy drills,
judo throwing drills with heavy bag,
sparring practice with partners
"centering" drills,
shoot drills,
clinching drills with partner,
judo kata on occasion,
500 push ups
300-400 crunches and reverse crunches
weighted side-dips.
meditation,
swimming, running, etc.
I do this everyday, with the exception being I don't have training partners everyday to spar intensely. That's changing a bit now though.
