"Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor.

It worked for rocky and it can work for you.

A little bit of "Tool" never hurts either....

Grande Starbuck coffee of the day..200mg of ephederine
stack....I wait approx 10-15 min and then I play "Color me bad" or "The Starland Vocal Band". This usually puts me into a exersise pychosis and I get a great workout....

                              Anything by The Village People!

Seriously, I was speaking with this dude from England at a Subway or Blimpie's shop (he worked behind the glass) about some weird sounding music he was listening to. He described it as "advanced techno" and the Columbia Records store carried it the European Tecno section. It's wack!

Besides the Koto or Kin, there's the Samisen or Shamisen and especially the Shakuhachi of the Hogaku sounds to check into. Definitely no vocals! Voice ruins everything! The Hogaku (Japanese traditional music) really helps you focus and relax while training. I'm really surprised someone else listens to that during workouts. Kewlness!

                              Peace
