Hello folks,
I'm looking for some good advice on chokes and strangles.
One of my instructors is unfamiliar with strangles/blood chokes, and under the impression that they were difficult to apply accurately. He favors the instruction of chokes, but I've a suspicion that this might be because it's easy to know that you're applying a choke properly, without knocking your training partner out.
What do you guys think?
Is there a way to train strangles that ensures you perfect good technique without endangering your partner?
