Royce Gracie.
Even though he's not enjoyed the same success recently that he did in his early years, he was instrumental in introducing his family's art to the world and in turn, creating quite a revolution. He is STILL as tough as they come and, he's a great person besides.

Szczepankiewicz,
You wrote "Frank Dux". He is the guy who inspired the movy "Bloodsport, ins't it ?
He claimed to have 365 wins without a loss, if I'm right. A kind of Rickson Gracie, in nin-jitsu. But he had no chance to prove his efficeincy in a sportive area like Rickson did in Japan Vale Tudo (at an already advanced age : about 40).
Is Frank Dux an instructor for soldiers now, as I read somewhere ?
Is he link to the guy who won the UFC 3, a nin-jitsu fighter too ?

Likuid,
Even if most people here could not name any fighter before the 90's as you said, at least some could. And I respect the opinion of the people involved in this forum, so, I'm asking them a so wide open question.
What is your opinion, Likuid, dear member of this forum ?
