It's an excellent book. It gives you lists of Bruce Lee's favorite weight exercises, it gives you tons of his workout routines. Anything from cardio workouts to skill training. It even includes a special section that studies how Bruce's training evolved by looking at what he was focusing on during different stages of his martial growth. If you are a big Lee fan or just want to learn more about how to train for martial arts then I really recommend it.

Most good martial arts books are illegal in canada.

The only way you can get it is to smuggle it in from another country.

I do browse my local bookshops now and then for martial arts books, but I can't rely on them. The majority of the books I purchased in the past are online because I don't see the typical bookshop stocking a variety of books on JKD!

I believe the John Little books you are refering to are quite popular though, and you should find them in a bookshop.

Martial arts books are banned in Canada? Are they top shelf? You learn something new everyday!

                  Good luck!
