        talk about full-body workout hey?

it's fun stuff though, I barely feel it when rolling... no pain, but my muscles stop listening to me and just stop

I got used to the pain/soreness... so much so that it doesn't happen that much anymore.

For some reason we get huge bruises right on our biceps and we can't figure out why...like, exactly the same spot every time...

        can't beat the feeling though...

I've been training a few years and I still get really sore. Sometimes I have nasty bruises and am bleeding, and can't even remember when it happened. I wake up with mysterious stiff necks all the time too. But I keep going back when I'm not sore anymore. Before I started training I was always slim but had some soft spots and bjj took care of basically all the little fat deposits. I laugh when I see that fat-reducing lotion that they advertise in magazines, that can't be good for you.

my newbie mistake of the day:

I tried to put a leg bar on someone... but i did it from the hamstring instead of the quad... You see me go for the legbar and then say "oh shit i put it on backwards"...
