I jammed two of my middle toes on my left foot when I threw a front foot jab and it was blocked by an elbow or knee. It's fine to workout on except for left hooks and left uppercuts (anything where the front foot pivots in). Other than staying off the sparring (well, at least off of those moves while sparring) and those particular moves, is there anything you can do so the jammed toes don't affect your workout?? I've tried tape, but all of the shuffling and pivoting tears that off...my instrutor said there wasn't much more you could do about jammed toes, and I believe him, but I thought I'd throw it out to see if anyone had more feedback. Any other ideas?
Thanks.
