A little about me......
Well, here is some about me:
Location: Augusta, Georgia
Certification: Black Belt in Zenshotokai Karate
Brown Belt in US TAI Karate
Record: No sanctioned matches, but about twenty SEKA rated point- fighting/forms/weapons tournaments. Placed in every possible place in all divisions.
BIO/Misc: Twelve years in martial arts.
I am not self-trained. I have always been a member of a school. In 1997, I opened my first school in a park. I soon moved it into a
church gymnasium. It was never a big school--at the peak, it had 16 students.
I have given women's self-defense lessons for places I have worked.
I have had four small to medium pieces printed in Black Belt magazine and am waiting to see if a piece is going to be printed in Inside Kung Fu Magazine.
I used to post at this forum a few years back, but got distracted with other forums and have not gotten around to coming back here until now.
I am founder and moderator of a Yahoo Forum that has been around for about three years now at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/southeasternmartialarts
All of you who are from the southeastern US should come check that out.
