newbie to the forum and self defense

my names Ed im 16 from the UK,
I have no martial arts experience apart from some judo at a young age but ive been reading alot into reality based self defense.
whats anyones experiences with Senshido and CFA?
im looking at getting a Senshido video if anyones seen any id love some recomendations.

Bri Thai wrote an excellent review on Senshido's Shredder.

I heard stories of Rich coming over there. From what I know of Rich (and Senshido as a whole) they are first rate.

I have the Shredder, but I'm not sure it is the best to start on. I've done loads of arts, so can incorporate it into wha I already know. But it may be best to get one of his others first. He'll advise.

I've had positive experices with both Rich Dimitri and Sammy Franco. I would recommend both of them, but I echo Bri Thai in saying that I do not recommend starting with the Shredder.
