Greetings everyone.
I do not even remember signing this forum two years ago...well i tore three ligaments in my knee and had big surgery. As usual i welcome any severe damage as an opportunity to hone my breathing skills following up knowledge which was latent for a long time and thus updating my overall cell condition. I gained much weight, which i think is an instinctive reaction to damage which has crippeling potential. So i go to the gym every other day. Today i finally stepped on the treadmill. My intensive qi cultivation using iron shirt breathing has finally payed off and i am aiming at a one mile cross country run in september.
My style or rather the styles i combine are Wushu, Hard&Soft Qigong, Yoga, Boxing, Wing Chun Quan, Dacascos Kungfu, Capoeira, and so forth.
I realized after many years of training (not as much as others) that i thrive on attempting to express myself freely without clinging to form but nevertheless using form to tune into bigger energy congregations.
Basically i practice all form stating with the activation of the three diaphragmas: from below, diaphragma urogenitale, diaphragma pelvis and diaphragma thoracolumbalis. I study the accupucture charts, question traditional pathways and starting points, dogmatic pathways of energetic circulation and listen carefully to my own energy moving through the finer tissues.
My exercise is much influenced by daoist philosophy. I have studied extensively the origin of the chinese language, i can read and interpret the chinese classics and i am always trying to remind myself of the sortlivedness of thought, point of view etc.
Practically spoken i am aware of exchange. I fight`s outcome (i am avoiding confrontations) is determined by the ability to translate the oponents energy input. It is not possible to hold on to specific technique in an actual fight. What is needed to dominate and prevail is given to me by my opponets.
It is all about integrity meaning the abiliy to express universal functions.
Enough.
Have a nice day everybody.
Thank you computer programme for remembering my birthday.
