I just bought a heavy bag and have been using it pretty hard for about 2 weeks. Well my right hand has always been my dominate hand and I have used it quite a lot just building up caluse on the knuckles and so on. The entire knuckle structure of my right hand is far different from when I started.
Anyway I guess punching things and gradually getting harder made my wrist stronger or more used to punching. But the problem is my left wrist I cannot seem to punch without feeling like a pulled a muscle in it. I have been doing more and more wrist curls to strengthen it but I havent seen any difference?
Its gotten to the point where I can barely hit the bag at all with it because it huts. Any ideas about getting stronger with the left wrist?
