    I have been concentrating on my biceps for a while now and have seen some change but for some reason they dont seem to get any bigger then my shoulders.

    I have large shoulders and the bicep muscle rounds out at the same place as my shoulder there is no seperation. I dont really understand why this is, I guess its just how my body has grown. Does anyone know any specific exercises to maybe eliminate this. Or do I just have to keep doing the regular curls?

    switch around with dumbells cables and barbells and pull ups also.

    If mass is your goal use barbells but if peak is your goals use dumbells eg. curls, hammer curls concentration curls and incline curls.

      -
      -E-z Bar Curls "Standing" 3x8
      -Weightened Dips 3x8
      -Incline Dumbell Curls 3x6
      -Close-Grip Bench Press 3x6
      -Pulley Preacher Curl or Dumbell 3x10
      -SkullCrusher 3x10
      -
      90-120sec of break between sets
      2-3minutes of break between exercices
      Little Biceps WarmUp 1x25 Dumbell curls "Alternatif"
      Little Triceps WarmUp 1x25 Dumbell Kickback


      Try it, and tell me what u think on it.
      I Always practice this kind of biceps workout i start bodybuilding with 15.2inch Arms, i'm presently 19.4inch

        I don't really understand the purpose of working your biceps. Can someone please fill me in?

          You have reached a plateu and now need to find something that will shock your muscles into growing. They are used to the same thing every time to try something different. Go heavier all of a sudden with a different exercise. Also if you want an overall arm size difference just remember that your triceps take up about 2/3 of the mass of your arm so don't ignore them.
