    I ws wondering is it a good idea to train with sore muscles or should I rest off until pain is gone. the pain is from working out not an injury

    They say that that's a "good" pain. It is the feeling of weakness leaving the body.

    Are you using a "split routine" in your workouts?
    The "split routine" has been very popular for a long time because not only does it give you a break from the pain, it also gives the muscles a break to recuperate and rebuild.

    Work different muscle groups on alternate days, drink lots of water and get plenty of rest.

      I took bout 6 months off from muay thai and just getting back into it steady the pain is mostly in the shoulders and the chest from all the skipping and push ups
