Ok ive smoked a hookah twice, and i hear most of it is just water vapor. I also dont inhale it. Im wondering how bad it is for u. I hear its not bad for your lungs at all and also it isnt bad for ure mouth. It has a little nicotine i hear but i dont kno what that does. Can u all help me? Is it very bad? cause i will stop if it is very bad. I only do it once in awhile anyways./


P.S. its the only thing i have ever smoked and the only thing i will ever smoke. Unless its really bad for u.
