Okay, I've just recently started going to the gym and my goal is to lose the fat on my inner thighs, stomach, and face (I've been looking at my old school pictures, and realized that my face has not lost any of it's roundness that is so adorable as a small child). Anyway, I am going to work out 3-5 times a week and this is what my routine is going to look like.... - 45 minutes of elliptical (set on weight loss program) - 25 minutes of biking (hill program) - 15 minutes of treadmill (set on Pike's peak/hill program) I know it's all aerobic, but I've found that I bulk up when I lift weights, and that is something I'm really trying to avoid. I'm not completely unfit (I've been doing martial arts for a year and a half) but I know my fitness could be improved, and I really want to lose that excess fat around my thighs (yes, I know it's healthy to have some fat (20-30%, I believe on a woman) but I've checked my BMI and it says I have too much body fat) So, does this sound like a good workout for what I'm trying to do? If not, please suggest some other things that I could do. I'll be super thankful!

Open Question: Where does this rate as far as a good workout?

The cardio is good, just ensure that you focus on interval training - intensive bursts which raise your heart rate, followed by recovery. Just plodding along for an hour is not as effective.
I would throw in some weights, maybe just squats, and do more bodyweight exercises. Push ups should be added - you're a fighter!
