    I have been training in Muay Thai for about 6 months. I am in the Army, an Airborne Sapper, run marathons, triathlons, all around athlete, but have never been very flexible. I know that being more flexible would really help me out with my Muay Thai. Does anyone have any advice or examples of stretches/exercises specifically geared to flexibility for Muay Thai? I would really appreciate the help....

    Simply spend 30mins in the start and end of your workouts/training stretching, push yourself as far as you can go, learn your limit and stop when you reach it, as time progresses just push that limit little by little, and eventually your body will remember and sooner or later you'll be able to do full on splits and whatnot...
    But its something you have to do everyday, if you can find time, use it to stretch, if you miss more than just one day of stretching just like working out you will lose a lot of distance.
