the most important for me is to work on my speed.
speed combined with strenght is my weakness.
to get better i am currently striking with weights on my wrists, kikking with weights on my ancles.
olse jumping and running with weights.

I am currently working on speed, technique and fear control
SPEED: The best way to train is when you are not Fatiged. Simailar to kluten i am also using weights
TECHNIQUE: Practise, Practise and more Practice
FEAR: I get in the right frame of mind. motivate my self not to be scared of fighting
