    HOW LONG WILL IT LAST IN UR BODY IF IT'S DROPS?

    I USES THE RUNNERS CREATINE FOR MUAY THAI AND THEN USE THE MUSCLE BUILDER FOR WEIGHTS..


    IS THAT SAFE?


    IF I USE CREATINE ONCE FOR A DAY DO I HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN FOR A WORKOUT THE SAME DAY? OR IS IT ONCE A DAY FOR MULTIPLE WORKOUTS IN A 6 HOUR STRETCH?

    hey, i have never ued thetwo diferrent types but i have always heard just use it once a day. i owuld think anything else would just be wasted..i.e either flushed out of your system or used in other ways by your body

      Funny you should ask about safety, as there are NO long term studies saying tha it is safe. People in the trade will prattle on about "proving" safety of creatine, but those studies are based on someone takig them for 12 weeks.

      People prattle on about "it must be safe, as creatine is naturally produced in the body". Well, boosting creatine may mean that your body stops producing its own, which doesn't sound too healthy to me. Besides, my body naturally produces all kinds of things that I wouldn't want to eat........

        That's a nice way of looking at it.

        I already take Centrum Performance Multivitamins/Multiminerals, and Staker 2 Lite .

        I'm thinking of taking some sort of Creatine, and Recovery formula. I have to make do with stuff I find at Genovese
