cut off your leg.
No really, to lose that much wieght that quickly...for what?
I guess the only way to do that would be to get on an exercise bike, in a sweat suit, in a steam room, and just peddle your ass off until you lost the weight. Dont eat food, and keep water to a minimum. You'll probably need some friends with you to drag you out of there after you pass out. Of course the trade-off is this will probably make you sick as hell for a week or more, and once you start rehydrating you'll just put the weight back on.

yes, it is possible, however it is very difficult, and you will probably lose substantial muscle mass. Im guessing the reason you need to lose the weight in 20 days is to make a weight class of some sort, in which case the muscle loss would be a dissadvantage. But if you still want to do it, You will need a lot of will power : P Take vitamin and mineral suppliments. Aim for a 500 calorie diet each day, stay away from food with any trans or saturated fats. Try to make as much of those calories as possible come from protein to minimize muscle loss. Use the remaining calories on a low fat dairy product (Yoplait fat free yogurts are good). You need the calcium to get optimum fat burning, and it wroks best when you get it the natural way , not through pills. eat small meals throughout the day, to keep your metabolism working all day long. after dinner and after breakfast, have a swig of apple cider vinegar, it will increase metabolism for about 3 hours, and will help stop any fat from being deposited in whatever you ate. Green tea pills (specifically EGCG) also increase metabolism. Try to find pills that also contain added Chromimium (spelling?) and vitamin uhhh.... I forget, its B or D. If you take cayanne pepper extract daily that will also increase metabolism. If you cant find it anywhere, the real thing will do, but i dont recomend it cause you might get an ulcer. Each day, BEFORE BREAKFAST in the morning, run three to five miles, or whatever you can do until complete fatigue, whichever comes first. wearing a sweater in the heat will help, but i dont recomend it, you will get dehydrated (when on a diet this small, drink LOTS of water). Later in the day, run another 1 or 2 miles. then right BEFORE YOU GO TO BED, do some MORE cardeo. I think the stationary bike is better before bed, spend about an hour on that. If you want to try and maintain muscle mass, you are welcome to try, although i doubt you will. My best advice is to lift weights everyother day, and half a can of tuna immediately following. 120 calories, zero fat, zero carbs, and i think 26 g protein.
By doing that, you will be losing about 1 lb a day. dont do this if you have a job, because its by no means safe, and you will be exausted constantly. Be careful when you stand up after laying for a long time, because you will get dizzy sometimes for a few seconds right afterward. Good luck, and you should prolly check with a doctor to make sure you are in good health before you try this. dont tell him about it though he will try to talk you out of it.

Do not listen to any of the rubbish posted in this thread. Following that advice will put you at a serious health risk. I would advise you to follow a healthy diet and exercise program(Check out the 13 weeks to fat loss program at www.abcbodybuilding.com). There is a lot of information on weight loss there. If you follow this program, you will gain muscle mass and lose fat... you will also improve your health. I suggest if you have any further questions related to this subject you post them on the forum at abcbodybuilding where people know what they are talking about. If you need any advice on what it was like riding the short bus to school growing up, I am sure the guys in this thread will be able to help you out.

sorry guys, but i have to agree with the gist of what daddy_cool said (regardless of his intentions).
recommending someone to wear a sweat suit, use a steam room and drink little water to lose weight is not only dangerous but actually counter-productive to weight loss.
these 3 things will only take water from your body (ie dehydrate you). your body needs to maintain healthy levels of h2o to function at it's best. the weight you lose in a session through sweat will only need to be replaced at some time afterwards. furthermore, with dehydration, your body will not be working at optimal levels which means ultimately you will not be getting the best results from your exercise exertion. think of your body as an F-1 car. depriving it of top grade oil and fuel is going to negatively impact on it's performance.
dehydration, as a weight loss technique, may be used during the 24 hours before a weigh-in to get under the target weight... and i in no way advocate this practice although it is a common with various professional sports people performing in weight classes. there really is no place for it in any other longer term weight loss objective.
go back to basics... healthy diet with appropriate daily calorie intake and aerobic exercise. consult experts and people with the successful results you are looking for. all the best.
keep rollin...

Don't get hysterical. Cutting a little weight now and then won't kill ya. Its not fun, but it won't kill ya.
