    Ahhh. Most proponents of tread work preach that it is softer impact. Softer than tarmac I suppose, but no softer than dirt trails.

      i've got flat feet. it really pains in my feet but it shouldnt hurt your calves as you should be on ur toes the whole time. if it does, do more calf raises.

      keeep ur elbows in, dont flay them around. best tip.

        i was reading an article of a boxing magazine its says skipping for 12mins is the equivelent of a 30minute jog
