I'd be lying if I said I know enough about Kung Fu to "question whether it was authentic or not." Do you have any video that, in your opinion, provides an impressive display of "authentic" Kung Fu? I'm interested to see what it looks like.

That's tough to find. Real life applications of Kung Fu are pretty direct, brutal, and ugly. It wouldn't match the aesthetics which people typically associate with Kung Fu so people would question whether it was authentic or not.

Thats a true statement. Biting is actually a kung fu technique that comes from monkey style even though it may not look like kung fu/technique at all.

At least you can admit that you don't know enough about kung fu to know weather or not its authentic. So many on forums claim to be "experts" in a art and claim to know it all.

But biting is not solely a CMA technique. Look at Kino (or Kina) Mutai from the Philippines. It has biting and gouging in it. That's the main idea of that style of fighting.
