I too reckon 3BB is lying. If he is telling the truth shame to the art he practises. I do judo and hell im doing pretty well doesnt take me to long to get my techniques sorted, but thank god ranks in Judo come well earned.
For my green belt I had to face a massive lineup with 8 people all different grades and height, and had to show good form and technique. After I was graded to green buy a 5th Dan I was so proud, as I felt I had really earned it.
Im so glad that Judo or BJJ doesnt just hand out belts to anyone, A black belt in Judo is someone that loves the art and has put alot of time into it.
I just reckon it just takes too long to master some techniques. This 3BB, he just happen to have all this natural talent to reach 3BB. There are lots of throws I need to work on that I am no where near mastered.
Also this guy musnt go to school or anything, he obviously had no social life or anything.
Hes just some kid sitting on his computer all day locked in his room registering on forums and then just spamming them and making lies, Happens alot now days.

Let's make another list. I love lists.....
1) 3BB didn't spam the forum.
2) He didn't come on the forum talking shit
3) He may or may not be a left handed fellow.
4) He's been just as, if not more respectful that most forumites.
5) He did receive his rank through an established and credited system of martial arts.
Now, it would seem to me that if you want to argue with someone over this last fact, I'd start emailing his sensei. There appears to be dozens and dozens of black belts in this guys system. All manner of 1-6 dan floating around the greater Raleigh, NC area flaunting their martial skill and self defense abilities.....Most of which would need a colostomy bag shortly after encountering a determined street thug from the mean streets of Boise, ID....
I wholeheartedly agree that a black belt should mean something special. But, I know grown men who have various dan rankings in various arts who may or may not deserve their rank.
I know of people who have formed their own system and place themselves in the illustrious position of being a grandmaster.
Each system has it's critics. Each artist will either keep his mouth shut or have to prove themselves to many detractors. It would appear that 3BB has learned a little about the former.
The one good thing... with all the tension on this thread, I'm getting aroused....

Isn't his name Suzuki?
So there we have it, he got on his Suzuki and left us here threading... LMFAO
Anyways, its proven enough that we won't take shit from trolls... Ain't that right, Ein?
Karate and TKD have lost credit for being Mc Dojoish. And that's not me saying it, a lot of people in the MA world (and even this forum) have said it enough. True, Ein did Shito Ryu Karate for 6 and some years and got a black belt. But its also true what he says that Okinawan styles (refering to Shito Ryu and most Ryu styles and also Shotokan) are not realistically taught. I've been through this and did exactly the same: quitted. Because its boring, its not street wise and senseis teach-a-punch-here-a-kick-there-and-collect $$. Not all dojos have good teaching. That's a fact, and we can go on and on for miles threading...
True also, Bri Thai. A very good trained blue belt in BJJ can take on a karate black belt anytime. That's why u quitted karate to do BJJ... LOL

It all began with his nick, so it seems kinda sensible to erase any trace of it. I guess that's a bit extreme anyway.

Very clever of him.
